Currently, we do not collect or store any personal data from users of our website or our app. This means:

• No user account creation
• No email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information stored on our servers
• No usage analytics are being tracked or recorded

All user data that you add to the Sphereify app (such as contact information) remains on your device. We do not transmit or process it on our servers.

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use it for any purpose—whether analytics, marketing, or otherwise. Any actions you take within the app (such as setting a relationship type or a reminder) are handled and stored locally on your device only.

We do not currently integrate with or share data with any third-party analytics or advertising services.

• If, in the future, we utilize third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly to explain what data is collected and how it is used.

• Website Cookies: Our website currently does not use cookies or other tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain the purpose of such cookies and provide you with an option to consent or manage your preferences.
• In-App Tracking: No cookies or tracking pixels are used in the Sphereify mobile application.

Sphereify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is collected, there is no distinction in how we handle usage by minors. If we discover in the future that personal information from a child under 13 has been inadvertently collected, we will delete such information immediately.

If our practices change—such as if we begin collecting information in the future—we will update this Privacy Policy and post the revised version on our Site with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed.

Although we do not collect or store your personal information on external servers, we recommend:

• Securing your device with a passcode or biometric lock
• Keeping your operating system and apps up to date
• Being mindful of sharing device access or screenshots of personal details

Because all data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends largely on the measures you take to protect your device.
